Unhappy Street Tuned Motorsports (STM)

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any recent review of these guys? I ordered from STM based on glowing reviews which were a few years old. Checked out their site and found out that their international shipping is by far the lowest I've seen.

So I went ahead and ordered swift spec r springs for my Evo X, inquired about pricing, etc and got swift (pun intended) email replies (I'm talking within minutes here). Let's just say I was damn impressed considering there's a 17 hour time difference. Fast forward 1 week, still no tracking info. Emailed the sales rep that I was dealing with and was told there's no reason to worry and that tracking info will be forwarded to me. It's been three days now and still no tracking info, not sure if I should just sit on my a** and hope for the best that the package turns up

Cheers, Ken

They don't stock a lot of stuff in their shop unless it has their name on it. So they order it from other distributors, and forward it to their customers. Don't worry, you'll get it! I've ordered probably $20k worth of stuff through them, and they have been the best.

I've delt with ethan at STM for the last few orders I've put through them. I'd hit him up on Facebook or send an email to them. Hope they get you taken care of.

Just a little update - I've received tracking info so it's on it's way to me. One thing I didn't appreciate was being told the item was on it's way but was actually only posted to me almost two weeks after I paid. But then again for $70 shipping I can't really complain so I'll probably be back lol.

Ya bro, don't sweat it. I know it's frustrating waiting for car parts but like someone already said they have to wait for other companies to send their product to them and then ship. All my AMS stuff took about 4-5 days to get to them and then they shipped it to me here in Germany. Stick with them, they may be the best in the Evo family!
