In 2010, ssl was real. Sight sound leather. They went ss in 2011. Last word, bam!

LOL!!!

In all seriousness, I get depressed when I see the regular seats in the Evo X FE with red stitching.

I checked them out yesterday at the dealer. I personally think the A column in black is a nice touch. The sealing black however makes the interior as a whole looks like Dart Vader chamber in the Death Star.

-Red stiches always a nice touch. Seats are disappointing.
-Dark Enkei , I am guessing is a nice touch , but eh... The BBS is nicer and a same color... I didn't get why they just doesn't offer the BBS instead the regular enkei in different color...
-Special edition badge: Nice to know you have it
-Sodium valve: nice to know you have it.
-Black roof: cool only on the white, the rest... nice to know you have it.
- MR suspension.... I stick with a GSR suits me better.
- 2 pice of rotors are nice touch
- 5 speed, finally someone gets it

all and all, the price tag was basically $39K+ which means out of the door over $40K++

So in my opinion. 2014 wins this battle , simply because the price difference. Same price I would get the 2015. But even if a 1000 dollar difference I would go with a 2014.

IMHO.

So i have a 2012 gsr cloth Recaros, and want to know do the leather recaros have any better give to them around the leggs? Like im not fat 34 jeans waist and the seats are fine as long as its not long distance which I just did a 3500 mile roundtrip through WA, ID, NV, AZ, CA OR, and I pretty much had to stop every 2 hours max to stretch from cramping leggs.

Im seriously considering a 2015 with a set of wider Sparco's added in or something along those lines...

But I bought a weighted neo chrome blox shift knob to help get some of the notchiness out of the shifter. Works great and I love it.

Sell your Recaros to me and get Sparcos. I have a 2015 with heated leather non-Recaros.

Just bought a Final Edition from Puente Hills. Was actually surprised that the Internet Department was aggressive and stuck to their guns. You can probably expect to pay 4k to 5k over if you do it before year end. Yes, I am not happy about the missing Recaros. I do like the Eibachs and Bilsteins. The Painted Enkei wheels also look really good.

Hey All,

New to the forum and a proud new owner of a Canadian 15 Evo X GSR w/Handling Package. Thought I'd make this thread my first post. Had it for about a week and a half now and it has nearly 1700km. I love these cars. I'm glad I picked one up before they are all gone. Was thinking about the FE but I didn't like some of the little things on the car so I opted for the LAST Evo X in white with the handling package available in Canada. I look forward to learning about these cars and hopefully meeting some great people. I am coming from Mustangs and I have learned that when you can't or won't something for someone they just stop talking to you. Hope the Evo bunch isn't like that.

Sure. You got a link of proof?

Leather wasn't even an option on 2008-2010 on GSRs. At least get your facts straight.
