Yeah, I am only trying to replace these 2 hoses that are blue in the photo here..

I just need advice on which hose i just take off first.. I am not going to drain the coolant since i am not replacing the hoses on the bottom and just these two hoses. I'm not experienced on replacing these hoses. I guess i just need to know which side just i loosen first and to have a cloth underneath it so i can prevent a major mess.

Thanks.

If you have hose clamps, you can do one at a time without as much mess. Shouldn't matter which you do first.

Okay then do i just refill the coolant that i lost in the radiator? So.. Unscrew the cap then fill the radiator and start vehicle with the cap off and continue to fill until the bubbles stop then place cap back on?

Yes. Or buy a burp kit so you don't have to babysit the radiator.

So believe it or not i am now going to install the upper hoses. I have not had time. I noticed my coolant is mitsubishi blue. The coolant cost $21.95/gal at mitsubishi for the blue crap so why not buy it just to be safe.... right? Decided i will not drain.. just use towels everywhere lol. If i was installing the lower hoses then of course i would drain.

UPDATE: just finished the radiator upper hoses. I was doing other things as well like installing a upper intercooler pipe. Anyway, i DID NOT DRAIN the radiator fluids.. and i DID NOT spill a drop. If anyone googles this and needs advice, I just used 1 towel (for backup drops) and the rest i used cub foods, target, walmart, etc. plastic bags. The plastic bags caught EVERY DROP. I probably only lost 200ml. It was not much at all.

So, im new to this but from youtube.. i am planning on leaving the cap off the radiator and starting the vehicle and filling the actually radiator until it is full and stops bubbling and then put the cap back on. thats it.

Thanks for everyone's advice!
