Man come on you just need to contact the dealership with that number then see where it goes. They didn't just warranty the pump for a geographical region that would be retarded.

Pick up phone - Call dealership - give them number - see what happens

We've answered your questions like 5 times the same way, move forward with what was provided.

I agree, but i need to know everything before i ask for something i need, because then i will look retarded, not knowing anything at all. Just by saying - oh, i read in the internet that.. blablabla.. i don't want that situation at all.
And by the way, i have only one dealership in my country. that is the saddest thing ever.

i want to go there once, not go there, with nothing and go home. thats not the way i deal with these kind of problems. i wan't them to things my way, cause, as i said, if they didn't mentioned it, it seems, that they don't want to do that, it's because of money or i don't know why.
in my situation, its cheaper to get the whole info before i start anything.
this is so important, if you would know.
captaincrunch.
i'm not the only one, who wants to know is it worldwide. yeah, you guys now have dealt with'em. but we also want to deal with'em properly. understand us please too.. i'm just asking, no one is judging anybody.

IT'S AN OFFICIAL TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN FROM MITSUBISHI?

I DIDN'T CREATE THAT WITH MSPAINT AND UPLOAD IT TO MESS WITH YOU.

Come on man, seriously? You have more than enough information to engage them in conversation. What is your fear here?

I can't get past the logic bomb of coming to the internet for information, getting the information he wanted and then some, then saying 'Well I can't very well go in there and be like 'hey I got this from the internet'.

"Sorry we denied your claim, it says here you found this technical service bulletin that we created for the cars we produce, on the internet. Frankly sir, the entire dealership is disgusted with you and your internet-e ways and hope you never come back. Good day sir. I said GOOD DAY TO YOU SIR!"

Pretty much. I think he wanted you to go, hold his hand, and talk to the dealer on his behalf.
