Help E spec industries Build Reliability?

hello

Looking to buy an X to daily drive.

looking at an X with low miles but built 2.0L E spec motor.

car is about to get tuned just finished 2K mile break in.

Power expected to be 450-500 WHP at 26PSI BBK custom turbo setup

how reliable are built motors? I know it all depends...

can they be as reliable as a stock motor? i will be daily driving the car.

I've has 7 evos in the past but nothing with a built bottom end.

please help
thanks in advance

its really hard to say, which is why you aren't getting many responses. Espec has been around for a while, and aren't a fly by night operation, so you might be best served calling them and asking about this particular engine, and what parts they used in it. I'm sure they have a record. Maybe ask them what the life expectancy is, they built it, they should know.

They have many customers with builds with well over 30K miles and track use. It all comes down to maintenance and use/abuse. I wouldn't hesitate buying an E Spec built motor.
