Was just barely louder than stock.

 

Very nice. i wonder how much it would help doing swap out exhaust or mod stock muffler. Btw was stock exhaust piping is 2 1/2"?

 

It made about 15whp putting a 3" magnaflow on. However it's MUCH louder now. I wouldn't have done it if I wasn't planning for a larger turbo.

The one good part about going to the 3" Magnaflow is that highway drone went DOWN, which surprised me.

Pretty impressive power you did with stock exhaust. Damm i was gone for so long... I feel so behind... Lol

 

I have a fujistubo rm01a and I love it quiet enough that I don't get bothered by cops, but sounds good when I get on it and looks good too.

 

I had the ets quiet catback with stock cat and map downpipe. It sounded really nice at idle and had a deeper tone at wot. If I could I would go with that same exhaust again.

 

Magna flow

 

I have always had a resonated test pipe on my car with all the exhausts ive run. The map 3" piping did not have a resonator in it. Neither did the perrin, but the mxp does... could be the difference.

 

MXP is pretty quiet but I only have the catback. I'll find out later when i add HFC and DP.

I got two kids in the back, and I can still talk to them on the freeways n stuff.
