Looking to buy a used evo x 2012 gsr octane bue. It has the sss package and every option available. The car looks mint inside and out. Has 29k miles and a few bolt ons. Single owner and he looks to have all service records and all stocks parts for the car. The only problem is it had a accident reported in which he said it was very minor, the rear bumper was replaced basically. Hes asking 27.5 for it. What do you guys think? How much should i pay? Thanks
