the only way a tune can do that is if you increase the redline. Not that there is something wrong with that, but there is a limit to how much you want to bump the redline with stock engine internals. You wouldn't have to bump it much though to get to 170mph. I'm sure someone could do that calc, pretty simple ratio. I'm just lazy.
