AMS intake

Where is this vac line supposed to connect to? It's coming form the upper boost solenoid and it doesn't seem to connect anywhere. Also the boost pill is supposed to be removed right?

I'm also getting code P1320 Ignition timing retard insufficient. Does that have anything to do with it? Should I go to the dealer and get it reflashed? Should I replace the thermostat, since that may be a possible cause?

 

is that on a Evo X? If it is, it goes to the port at the intake tube. If its for a Evo 8 like in your sig, I have no idea

 

Follow the lines.... does one lead to the intake? Does the intake have the bungs? What map are you running (verify on the cobb)?

No need to take it to the dealer for a reflash. Run a search. I guess it was a common issue on early X's. The cobb should be able to take care of it though.

There is no nipple on the AMS intake for this vac line to connect to. . Tune is a Cobb stage 2 +SF (note: boost pill removed)I also check the line, the boost pill has been removed
