25k service time, need to go to the dealer...
So it's time for my 25k (km) service, and my tarmac light is blinking so I was going to spend the extra bucks and have the service done at the dealership, so they can diagnose my pump as well. I have the Cobb Catback, Cobb High Flow Cat, Cobb "Shorty" Downpipe, Cobb Filter and an ETS UICP. Would it be ok if I kept the mods, but revert back to the stock tune just to take it to the dealership and back? Obviously I'd keep the RPMs low, and they're only a 10 minute drive from my house. Any advice is appreciated, I'm just hoping I could keep the mods in place.

Each dealer is different
You might want to check with your dealer I have most of your mods except the UICP but i am out of warranty. Each dealer is slightly different some don't care if your modded others don't want to work with you.

I'm not worried about the dealer seeing my mods, I'm mainly worried about the tune. So if I revert back to stock with the High Flow Cat, and Shorty Down Pipe... could the short drive there and subsequently any diagnosis the dealer needs to do, harm my car on a stock tune?

Recalls were done at my shop, I will never bring it to the dealer at this point. I have two friends with EVOs that had serious problems after bringing it to them for basic maint.
1) Dealer didn't torque the lugs properly and overtorqued others causing serious problems.
2) Dealer put transmission fluid in the Diff
Also that's due to the fact that my car is heavily modified at this point and I'd be too worried about what they would **** up, its running a Ohlins suspension, upgraded brakes and Moore Auto 7670 EFR kit with Flex Fuel.

I won't be getting my service done at the dealer based on what everyone's been saying, I'm just going to have them fix my pump. Will they need to test drive the car after? And if I have the stock tune flashed, could there be any damage if they drive it with my high flow cat installed?
