also depend if anyone in the mitsu dealer owns evo as well. the mitsu dealer I went to, the manager own an evo as well as some sales rep so if I brought in a evo with alot of bolt on in and said it's never been tune, they probably laugh at me cuz with those kind of bolt on, a tune is almost a must.
