What horns are these in the picture? They look like Hella but titanium blue?!

This Evo is spotted at 2016 Mitsubishi Owners' Day (MOD) at Cypress, CA. Here is a screenshot at 2:56 from Sideways at 11's YouTube video:

Do you HAVE to take off the front bumper to install Hella horns?

They do look to be hella, and with that much care for aesthetics I wouldn't be surprised if they're just painted/powder coated.

Sounds about right - a lot of people take Hellas and paint/powder them to match. I'd like to know what bracket he used to space the horns out. Probably custom.

And yes, you have to remove the front bumper to install Hella horns. It's a pain in the ***, I know.
