Intake ISSUEs. Turbo spitting/knocking
Fml guys that fuel regulator was on tight with zip ties.... Wtf! I was so sure that was going to be it. But back to square one..
only thing I've noticed is the coolant hose the on in the back (if you are looking at the engine from the front) is loose and not attached to anything. I looked over the manual but doesn't say if that is normal or not. I also searched the forum but no luck.. Any body can give me a pointer to where that hose is Supposed to go to? Or vent freely?

I think you have a vacuum leak on your AMS intake, especially where the bungs located. You will need to seal the bungs with silicon sealant and make sure you ziptie every connected hoses, including the one connected to your boost controller. I ran into this problem when I had AMS intake. This isn't a problem if you have ETS intake, since they welded their bung so nothing can come lose.
If you step on gas and there's a delay as if nothing happen for a second and/or your idle is noticeably erratic, then you might have exhaust leak. Yeah I ran into that one too. LOL.

I did check the clamps and the couplers (just by visual) are in their right spot but I have not physically taken the bumper off and check these. However, that was in my last resort of things to do so.. now that I am on my last ditch effort, I will be taking the bumper off tonight and checking those intercooler couplers to ensure they are tight and snug.
I just didn't this this could be the issue because this happened before but I could tell the couplers were popping of because of the distinguishing sound it makes. But ill double check, thanks guys.

Thanks for the heads up man, I am seriously considering changing my intake all together to my Injen that I had, the crappy part about that is that my LICP only matches the AMS intake (FML right) since it moved the BOV up front so that means i'll have to change the intake and the LICP back to the stock LICP (or buy a whole new one) and go back to injen intake... I can do all this but If I do and that still doesn't fix the issue I'm literally going to lose my mind..
Ill try the silicon and zip tie first and see if that will make a difference first and if not proceed to changing all those parts to stock and maybe getting and ETS LICP..
I doubt its a exhaust leak since ive had that set up for over a year now and I have not damaged anything underneath!

Same here, I've had the intake for about a year now and (before this issue) never had an issue with vacuum leaks and had no silicon. I'll still try it.. hell, at this point I have no idea what's wrong.
that coolant hose is normal, thats the dump to vent out in case it overflows. Bov looks good, check the line that attatches to the BOV and follow it all the way past the metal pipe. Unless its bypassed now
Also, if you are thinking about changing the Intake, you will have to get it re-tune each time, since the MAF location change. I am not sure how you log with your AP, if you have a wideband, you can probably send in the logs and have your tuner take a look. A good tuner can probably point you to the right direction to your problem.
You probably shouldn't spend any money just yet on new parts (intake, LICP, etc.), until you find the problem.

So update on the issue, I changed the intake and the problem persists so now I know the intake was not the issue (I know it's not because I've switched back and forth between these intake in the past with no issues)
the same stumbling and mild shaking occurs once it starts to get in boost.
I also took apart the front and confirmed that all my couplers are tight and have not lost grip. So the intake was not the issue the couplers are not the issues, vacuum lines are good I have given up! I'm taking it to someone to see what they can find maybe there's an underlying problem I'm not aware of. So no clue. Thanks for all the help when I take it to someone to check it out I'll update the thread
