does anybody have Sparco sprint seats on their evo x? What seat mounts and sliders did y'all use? And is it possible to use the stock rails and mounts or no?

I have sparco evo ii us seats in mine. The sprint seats, like the evo ii seats, are side mount.

Sparco sells everything you need to install them. Namely:

Seats
Side mount brackets
sliders (optional, but the seat base will have to be modified if you don't use sliders)
seat bases (evo x specific, left and right side).
Side mount seat hardware kit.

It's not that difficult to install them. Just be aware that you will need to:
1) Simulate the airbags in the oem seats by installing a resistor across the pins in the oem harness connector.
2) fool the passenger side weight sensor. You can use a c-clamp to apply pressure to one of the sensors (if you scavenge it off your oem seat). Just reconnect the harness and shove the sensors under the seat.
3) Just reconnect the drivers side seat position sensor (steal it off the oem seat).

Do those and you won't throw any airbag error messaged. The car will always think there is a passenger, and the passenger airbag will therefore go off. So never have any kids too young ride in the passenger seat then.

Correct, you won't be able to use oem seat rails or mounts with the sparco's. They only work with the OEM recaro's (as far as I can tell).

The sprints are definitely a side mount. But that just means the brackets attach to the seat from the side which allows the seat to be mounted a little lower.

Here are some pictures that should help make sense of the installation:
