evo x final edition mods and going.

Purchased my EVO FE #792 on may 15 this year and fell in love with my baby girl
and for a long time i was thinking of keeping the FE stock and not modding it at all. but then i said **** it and spent $2800 on all these parts lmao!

ets FMIC 3.5" with piping
ets v2 silent cat + race pipe
AMS wide downpipe
ets intake 5"k&n filter
grimspeed mbc

i live in socal so im gunna go get it tunned at RRE (road race engineering) which i heard great things about and even my brother who has tuned ($500)his several evos there had great experience. i was thinking with going with COBB because they have a mustang dyno..... BUT! they want me to but a cobb AP and the dyno time which is another 1100 bucks. soo nah im cool for 1100 bucks i can get my cosworth cams s1 and tune for about that same price or a little under. then i thought to my self and thought about my goals for the car. it would not make sense to buy cams now since i LATER want to upgrade the turbo making it a waste because i would have to backtrack and reorder S2 or even s3 cams. so im fine with the decision i made with these bolt ons. i should be roughly pushing 340 whp with these mods on 91 (yes 91 since this is **** california).

what do you think about this starting mods?
only thing missing is a boost gauge and widband gauge everything else is done with bolt ons. plus these bolt on in many cases has helped the evo lose weight since the fat kid was getting heavy lmao!

Thats a great starting point but make sure to get a wideband gauge before your tune and if you have the time I say go to 5150 racing and make the jump to e85 you won't regret it

what type of power are you putting down with your build?

I am right around 380 uncorrected on e85 at 4500' of elevation in CO. Before the Fmic and opendunp I was at 348 on 5150 real mustang dyno. I'll see if I can get a graph up over the weekend

What about some cooling, brakes, and suspension mods to balance it all out?
