Bad Vacuum Hose

Which one should I get for the Synase DV? The one I have currently has a crack in the line.

This one is 7/32 rubber.

This one is 5mm silicone

Either will work.

Me? I would just go to the local hardware store or parts store and buy the length you need.

Yeah, the parts stores usually have rolls of the stuff behind the counter.

Rubber doesn't last as long but tends to be stiffer and more resistant to collapsing under vacuum. IF the silicone is a nice thick-walled hose, it should be ok but there's no need for it unless you're worried about longevity beyond 10 years.
