Question 6 months till go time

ok here is the deal, i currently have a lease and it sits at 29,675k.. only allowed 36k.. With all my acting gigs plus auditions coming up, and regular driving it wont last till Aug 2018..

I will need a car by Jan/Feb ill just suffer 2 car payments for a few months unless i can roll 4k over. my current credit is about 609 I recently joined Penfed Credit union as i hear they are pretty good when it comes to auto loans.

realistically a 30K Evo X MR seems out of the picture, so i have decided perhaps a higher mileage one.. so i ask

Is a higher milage Evo X mr a bad idea? because otherwise im get a used Ralliart.. I figured they share the transmission for that would cancel out, but are there other expensive things outside the brembo that would be a hole to be in with a high mileage evo x mr as a daily one and only car..

Note: No track use, just my personal driver, Cobb stage 1 at most

thanks i need to buckled down and get my self in position.. I have seen some low mileage ones but i check the carfax and they been in accidents, so i guess a evo x in a accident is just a no go?

Search. The trans is high maintenance and if it breaks, expect to pay a good amount of money (waiting for Naplam to check in). Coworker has a Ralliart. Trans went out at 60k and he never races or abuses it.

I'm sure you already know, with that score expect a HIGH interest rate (if you get approved). I'd concentrate on paying off debts and raising the score... but that's me. Your money... do what you want.

Well i prob grab a ralliart from carmax since they have warranties to cover 150+ miles... ur i see so many MR and ralliarts 100k miles on them... also heard the sst is cheaper than the wrx cvt which is 10k to fix....

Yea the interest rate will be high... the main debt is the current lease... which if i continue to drive next year will vost more cause i will exceed the mileage alot... the credit cards i got should help raise the score... but if car only cost 25k im not worried about a 500 car payment

Here's a common problem. ..

Anyway... cost wise you'd br better off with a Ralliart. But again...up to you and how much your willing to pay/handle. I'd definitely get that extended warranty if possible.
