Cobb Stage 3
Cobb Stage 3
Hello everyone
I was thinking on getting a Cobb V3 AP. (Getting a protunr later down the line). Would I be able to do the stage 3 mode with the following bolts that I have or does it only work with Cobb products? Anyone with stage 3 wants to share the power feeing/difference between stock and stage 3?
-grimmspeed 3port
- tomei titanium cat back
-Berk HFC
- ultimate racing upper intercooler pipe
- AEM cold air intake
Thanks

Since you're not getting the exact parts that the stage 3 tune is made for, you're better off just getting a protune and saving your money on the AP. That thing isn't needed at all really, and if you want gauges there are better options out there. Just get the car properly protuned and enjoy, the AP is a waste. Also you should get a catted test pipe as part of your first round of mods, that's the main thing that gives you any power. You also don't need that intake, but you can get it, a drop in panel filter would be more than enough at that level of modification. You really only need the CAI when you get a bigger turbo. Cosworth makes an oil free drop in filter that works great.
