Thoughts on this car?

So this is the evo i've been looking at. The car is unmodded minus the intake, BOV and cat back exhaust. Says the AYC pump needs to be bled due to the 6 puck clutch he put into it. other then that everythings been serviced and done. Thoughts on it? The price is where id like it to be. The only thing id do is the brakes are squealing as well so id change those. Apparently it wont let me show it from facebook So it has a carbonfiber wrapped hood and the aero splitters on the front bumper are the cosmetic things added. I can send it to whoever would like to give a opinion on it via a message.

I think the guys would like to see a few pics or the link to the for-sale site

To offer an opinion, just based on a few sentences may not be enough

I know its not "unmodded" with those mods on it. Just saying that its stock minus those.

It's not stock either. Stock is stock. No mods. Modded is modded.

Be patient and wait for a completely unmolested stock Evo or a properly modded and tuned one.

I would pass on all three. Invest $4,000 more and look for an Evo with less than 30k for $24,000. If you do decide to pick up one of the 3 choices; the $4,000 extra you're saving on will be for repairs or getting 1 of those 3 choices up to current maintenance standard. then you'll be stuck with a car with 77-90k and still spent the same amount. I'm sure you'll have to repair or replace 2 of the 3(tires, clutch, brakes) in the near future.

Another way to look at it is would you rather spend:

$20,000 on a car with 75,000 - 90,000 mi
or
$24,00 on a car with 25,000 - 30,000 mi

it's doable just have to keep looking.
