AFR changes over time by itself!!!!!!

Ok, I tune the car at a perfect 11.2 AFR at wot, then drive for 30-40 minutes and it slowly lean out to 11.8 AFR at wot!!!! Ntn changes except the time thay has passed driving. Then stop and turn off engine 2 minutes, drive again and back to normal for a while, then all of a sudden AFR gets lean again. What is the problem? Basically after tuning AFR changes by itself and gets leaner, the fluctuate from set AFR to different leaner afrs... Some other times AFR gets richer, to 10.4 wot, then go back to leaner, all by itself.....wht should I look at?
