Looking to get my first Evo, should I get this one?

Hey, so always wanted to own a lancer evolution. Now there's a great price on one near me. It's a 2008 evo mr, 120,000 km(70k miles?). There's a bit of light surface rust and I'm going to get a neutral garage to check it out(I'm no mechanic myself). Here's a link to the actual car if that helps. http://www.autotrader.ca/a/Mitsubishi/Lancer/Ottawa/Ontario/5_35615737_ON20080130124416429/?prx=100&orup=5_10_15&srt=3&showVs=1

Essentially, is this as good a deal as I think it is? What are going to likely be the main issues that I'll have to fix?

I wouldn’t pay 15k. There are questionable things I saw that was done to the car like that micky mouse toggle switch on the 2nd to last pic. Don’t cheap out it’s too good to be true. I would bet you pay 15k and in 1 month you end up paying for 10k for a new transmission.

Are they offering any in-house warranty? If not you may be able to talk them down on price a bit. Personally, I definitely wouldn't mind picking it up. I love working on cars, so a few problems here and there are exactly the kind of things I like.
