Question for '15 Evo Owners

Having had a 2014 and driven several 2015's, yes the seats are a drastic step down, but they are not world ending. Do you need to get some better seats later for hard cornering? Probably, but unless you really push it not a huge downside. Found a lot of aftermarket options to put in, doesn't seem to be non-starter.

Then definitely look at 2015's the 2014 is very narrow top to bottom. I believe the Final Editions have a bit more grip to the seats with some different material on the bolsters, but I may be wrong.

I’m happy with them for commuting. I’m using my evo for more canyons than I expected though. If you get one with recaros and want to trade let me know! My evo only has 9k miles.

I daily my 15 for 3 years now with the " lancer" seats and they are good for me. Im 235 and a power lifter so the 14 seats were a ***** to sit in for more than 30 mins

I do a lot of hard street cornering and they keep me in place alright. The fabric is pretty grippy. However, the leather version is slippery and I imagine would not be good for keeping you in place during repetitive hard corners. Of course I would prefer recaro's.

I have the leather version. I have often looked at replacing them but for the price doesn't seem worth it. They do fine for hard cornering for me and I'd rather spend the money on performance gains.
