Synapse Engineering: Are they still in business?

Hi guys,

A few days ago, I ordered a Single Piece, Upper Intercooler Pipe, Powdercoated Black from Synapse Engineering's website: http://synapseengineering.com/produc...owdercoat.html

I haven't heard anything from them since.
I contacted them on Facebook, and no answers yet - And the last few reviews / comments they've had are from upset customers complaining about not receiving their products / never hearing back from them.

This has me worried.

I'm supposed to tune my car early next week, and this is the only part that will be missing as I really wanted a Single Piece UICP.
Just for comparison, I ordered an Open Port 2.0 from Tactrix yesterday, it's been shipped this AM, and it will be delivered tomorrow.

Do you guys have any idea on what's going on with them?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: They got back to me on Facebook, so there's that. They'll be shipping the order today or tomorrow.
It looks like they might be heavily under staffed, or something like that.
I'll update you guys and let you know how it goes.

No idea man. If I were in your shoes I'd just order from somewhere else and tell synapse to cancel the order. If they refuse just dispute the charge with your bank. Or worst case you could just sell whichever UICP you don't want.

Just order it from a vendor that has it in stock. These things used to everywhere.
