Any Private Shops for NJ Inspection
Running a test-pipe, open dump down-pipe and stock exhaust - doubt motor vehicle will pass my car.
Any private shops i can go to in the central NJ area?

Yes I'm sure there are lots of places that would love to advertise on the internet with a permanent record of it that they do illegal inspections in your area.
I think this site should just add a 'LOL Illegal' area where we could list shops like this, trade guns and drugs, and maybe take out hits on people? Just spitballing here anyone else have suggestions feel free!

On my older car with no cats I bought a test pipe with resonator cheap off someone and bolted it up, had no issues passing visual up here in northern jersey. Also helps to try and distract them lol, I always try the “do you know this guy” BS.
