Pretty sure you need some Anti Lag dialed into the tune to produce those damaging backfires. You will need to delete the CAT as well

 

In your case, absolutely yes. You've got the right combination of parts. To properly test it out, have your friend rev past reline. With your face one inch off the tail pipe. When you're ready, yell to your friend send it.
