Just installed a fresh built 2.2 Buschur stroker. Start the car and p0013 pops up, "B" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), wiring from connector to ecu is good, relay is good, valve is good. I just want to drive this thing! Does anybody have an ideas on what could cause this or where to look?? Being a circuit code, I wouldn't think it would have to do with anything internal but correct me if I'm wrong. Any help is appreciated!
