Help with Boost Leak Test- <5psi

First time doing a boost leak test.

-Using 150psi Porter Cable pancake compressor
-Custom intake
-Driven Fab catch cans

I remove the intake, couple the universal 3" boost leak tester to the turbo. Start adding some pressure and can not get above 5 psi. I've sprayed soap/water on every connection that I can see and don't see any bubbles. I do hear a slight hiss that seems like it's coming from the actual throttle body. I removed the coupler to the throttle body , checked it out, and reattached it hoping it was maybe just a leak I couldnt see. Still cant get above 5psi. Am i missing something? The only connections are the turbo to upper ic, upper ic to ic, ic to lower ic pipe, lower ic pipe to tb and to blow off valve. I've checked all of these and can't find a leak. There shouldnt be any vacuum hoses to check when doing the test like this correct? I did spray all the ones I could find and still nothing.

Any help appreciated! Hell I'll even send you a gift if you can find my problem!

Move your test to the throttle body, if your problem is gone its between the turbo and the TB. You do need to check everything, any hose (obviously not coolant or oil lines) could be a boost leak.

Maybe try your test with the key in the on position and the engine off. These cars being tbw, its possible the positive pressure is pushing the throttle plate open and escaping into the intake manifold and out the open intake and exhaust valves. if the ignition is on, the throttle motor should power up and keep the butterfly closed. i cant say for sure if thatll work, but its definitely a possibility. maybe go back to the tailpipe and listen for air. on a normal cable throttle body youve got a spring to keep the butterfly closed, but on fly by wire, its just a stepper motor. maybe 5psi is enough to crack it open.
