RHD JDM Evo X Upgrade path?

Hi to everyone!

Before i start asking for everyone's thought on stages of power upgrades im sorry in advance if there are thousands of threads relating to the same thing. I have seriously been looking through and have not found them to be that much help.

I Live In New Zealand and own a RHD JDM Evo X and have began spending money and saving parts. To this date i have the following

ETS UICP
ETS Air intake kit (standard MAF)
Milspec 100-Cell HFC
ETS V3 quiet catback exhaust
Ortiz custom POD
AEM Boost gauge
AEM Wideband AFR gauge

I am looking for the next step or two on what i should start at to look at in the way of increasing power. A few stages would be nice to break the cost up. I was looking at the AMS widemouth downpipe but as my car is RHD its not going to fit without modification so i was looking at the Tomei 3" widemouth downpipe. I do not have access to E85 so i have no idea if a fuel pump and injectors would be worth it?

Edit: Also have a Grimmspeed EBC on its way.

For a second round/stage what would you opinion be to purchase?

Thanks in advance to everyone for any input.

Firstly, did you get a tune? An intake and/or HFC require a tune. If you didn't get one, you're not going to see gains like you should.
The EBC you have on the way, plus a tune, will wake the car up and make it a very well mannered daily driver.
A larger FMIC will get you 10-20 more HP depending on conditions. At that point, you have a mod list that maximizes the stock turbo pretty well.

Pump, injectors, E85, and downpipe are all generally considered unnecessary until you get a bigger turbo and bigger turbos ask the bigger question:
What are you looking for out of the car? DD? once a year HDPE, Autocross, Road Race, Drag, show car/bragging rights?

Hi Spattj,

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to my thread.

It wont be a daily driver more a weekend street car and i was looking to achieve around the 450WHP mark if possible as E85 is not available to us at the pump.
All the parts i have mentioned are not fitted and are all sitting in boxes for the time being, so we are still running the factory tune unless the previous owner has done something. I would like to be able to stock pile more parts before beginning to fit everything.

So based on the list i mentioned, the next step would be a bigger turbo and FMIC?.

You can do the FMIC on the stock turbo without additional supporting mods. Bigger turbo and you'll want a 320LPH fuel pump and some ~1000cc injectors for your HP goals. If you go with a bigger pump you'll need a lot more work to keep fuel pressure manageable.

Upgraded turbo choices will depend on your budget and spool characteristics wants.

Ok so based on that the next upgrade should be the

FMIC (3.5" or 4")
Turbo
Injectors
fuel pump + other related mods such as maybe regulator, rail etc.
Cams?

Sorry just trying to follow a line of parts i should be buying to get to that power level.

Cams will depend on your turbo choice. They'll move your power band around so if I were you, is father everything up to the turbo upgrade and talk to your tuner about your goals from there.
