hey guys, i have an issue under boost it makes this noise and I have no idea what it could be. Boost is sometimes fine but very rarely now. Video of the issue is found on the link below... please someone help

It sounds to me like the BOV is fluttering. Is this BOV, boost control, etc modified or stock? Is the car tuned?

 

Hey it sounds like the bov but it isn't, not until the end. Its a stock turbo, tuned. I think it could be a wastegate issue?

 

Something is definitely leaking - or an issue with the turbo. I'm definitely not an expert - if it was my car I would take to a reputable shop.
