Car is burning Excessive amounts of oil. It's been tuned down from running E85, I'm using 93 pump gas bc my area does not believe in E85 yet. Still has the E85 injectors (should I change to smaller, or Oem injectors???), no sightings of oil in the catch can or manifold, it does throw out some blueish white smoke from the exhaust while driving..none while stopped. I haven't seen any oil leaks anywhere, the turbo sounds normal as far as I can tell. What else should I do or check?!
I might do compression check, and then check turbo seals. I really just want to figure this thing out. I don't want it to get any worse.

If the catch can is "empty" then it's not a PCV issue. A leakdown compression test is a good start. If that turns out good, you can pull the exhaust manifold and look at the exhaust ports. If they're oily / filthy on one or more cylinder it could be a valve seal. If they look clean, it's most definitely the turbo seals.

Definitely taking that advice, hopefully I can get into a shop this week or just rent the equipment to do it myself.
So last year is when I bought my Evo, found out a few weeks later that it was leaking a quart of oil every other week, and it's until now that I decided to get back on here and finally give an update to anyone who's interested. I ended up taking my car to a shop in San Antonio, TX...which was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. They diagnosed that cylinder walls were over size and that's the reason for the leaks, and I believed them. Days almost months went by, I was working everyday of the week, and didn't have time to mess around so in the end I decided to buy a brand new stock OEM engine instead of reworking the original block. It was cheaper in the end, and I knew I was going to have a reliable car afterwards....wrong again. Since I was 4 hours away from this shop, I didn't have the time or equipment to put the engine in myself, and my dad was also busy, so I let them do the install for an outrageous price. Never doing that again unless I am allowed to supervise the work being done. I went to pick up my car and the Original engine some time later, drove it back home no problems. Realized that I was missing all the hardware for the original engine, took the shop 3 weeks to throw a bunch of random bolts in a box and mail them to me. Anyways, while my dad and I were putting the original engine back together we measured the pistons and cylinder walls with micrometers and calipers, checked and rechecked the measurements. Turned out the mechanic who worked on my car didn't car and didn't know didley squat about cars or what he was doing, there was built up carbon residue on the tops of the pistons....valve stem seals were most likely the main reason.
After all that, I found out a few weeks later that I had an exhaust leak and destroyed the Turbo to manifold gasket. When I opened up the hood and took of the heatshield to see where the gasket went, 2 of the Turbo to manifold bolts were no where to be seen. I know these bolts have a nasty habit of getting loose, but for them to have completely fallen off, idk.
You live and you learn, I guess.
Anyways, I just wanted to write an update. My car is running great, gas mileage is better after replacing the gasket. Now I just have some suspension things I need to replace.
