OEM Recaro’s

Well I just successfully swapped out my 2015 FE seats for the OEM Recaro’s. No lights, no problems very satisfied. However I do notice something now that I can foresee it bothering the **** out of me...
This only occurs in the drivers seat, but when I put pressure in the back... I can hear a click and when I release the pressure I hear another click. Click click click click...
To any Evo Owners with OEM Recaro’s... do any of you guys know what I’m talking about? Obviously there’s something inside the seat that is causing it... just wondering if anyone has dealt with this before and if there’s a potential fix??

Thanks

Did you buy the seats new or used?
Maybe try to find the bolts and tight them all around the seats.

Swapped my FE seats to Recaro couple of months ago. I had no problems at all. Did you put the plastic covers on? Maybe they're loose.

My Friend had this issue passenger side Recaro
Turned out the seat frame was slightly bent

I had a similar problem on my 2011. On mine the culprit was broken welds on the seat frame, towards the rear, on the bottom. The seat would 'click' every time I put pressure on the seat bottom as the frame slightly flexed and the broken welds rubbed each other. I fabbed a 'support' with a nut and a bolt, took the seat out, and jb welded it in under the broken part of the frame so it would not flex. No problems since.
