Aside from some custom fab work, I'm not sure there's an easy way to fix those broken tabs up front. The smaller pop-in clips along the side won't stand up to being knocked around by passengers. You could get a new skirt or you could try fabbing some brackets up. Maybe put a riv-nut inside the wheel well and put a stainless sheet metal screw in under that mudflap? Otherwise, take it all apart and stare at it. Have a beer. Stare some more, and make a couple trips to Home Depot racing once inspiration hits.

I just finished taking off and looking at it. Whoever did the install on the sideskirt did a horrible job. Alot of the holes that the plastic clips go in are broken. So it was impossible to clip them back in.. i ended using a washer and screw. Here's a picture. Its a temporary permanent fix as I plan to get a new body setup eventually.
