Evo X Cranks but won't start... is one of my relays blown?
Long story short I have a 2011 Evo X with a complicated past (was previously drag raced) that I've been in the process of fixing up. About two weeks ago I went to turn it on after it had been sitting for about a month and it wouldn't turn on. Assuming it was the battery, which was old anyways, I replaced it with a nice new battery. The car still won't turn on. It cranks but doesn't start. Anyways I've started going through my list of possible problems and wondered if it could be a relay issue so I popped the relay box open and...
So it looks like my fuel injector relay could be blown? Could this be causing the problem? As a side note what are some good relay kits I could buy where I can replace a few of my older relays at once?
Test: So I had the idea of switching the starter relay into the slot of the fuel injector relay as a way to test. Since the starter relay is optional in warmer weather (I think?) the car should in theory turn on. I pulled them both of to check the part numbers and the remaining readable areas have the same part number (although 3 letters are obscured on the exploded one). I'm not very familiar with relays so I just want to make sure I'm not about to do something very bad if I switch them around and try to start the car.

Reason: Had an idea
Givin how that relay looks I'd say it's the culprit. You can buy a relay kit from several vendors. I chose MAP since they're the closest vendor to me. The kit will include 4 relays total, 3x8627A049 & 1xMR400709. They do change color over time. Mine are orange. I'd start there.
My fuel injector relay replacement came in the mail the other day and upon installation didn't start the car. So I gave in and got it towed to my shop. Turns out that the shop that upgraded my fuel pump and turbo about a year ago chose not to purchase and wait for the proper wiring harness that goes with the fuel pump, instead opting to take a few wires lying around the shop and jerry rig the fuel pump. These jerry rigged wires melting is what caused my fuel injector relay to blow that badly. In addition my fuel pump is also completely broken.
The mechanic at my current shop GoFastTunerParts (who are awesome for anyone located in Ohio btw), was shocked that this didn't catch on fire as the fuel pump was malfunctioning so badly that it literally leaked into the electrical wiring and was pooled in an electrical socket (as pictured below). This is unlikely to happen to anyone else unless they have had their fuel pump replaced in a very shady way at some point.
