Hey guys so recently I’ve run into the problem of my brake light fuse blowing up twice now. I have aftermarket vland tail lights that I’ve ran for a couple thousand miles now but the fuse blew, I replaced it, and then the fuse blew again the next day. Just had a couple of questions.

I have a resistor that came with the tail lights already installed, could this mean that the resistor is bad ? Or is it more likely a short somewhere along the wire ?


would adding another resistor to the tail lights change anything at all ?

Lastly would going back to the stock tail lights change anything at all ?
