Bought 2015 Evo X with burnt engine bay in Oregon (looking for ex owner)

Hi everyone,
Got this nice Evo from Insurance auction.
Looking for previous owner, if anyone knows whom this car belonged, let me know. Would like to know mods and numbers of HP.
VIN: JA32W8FVXFU008910

The windshield has an English Racing sticker on it. Have you reached out to them? They are on this forum.

yes, I have reched them, but they dont have data for this VIN. Possibly they worked on the car before they made VIN registry in their system.
