Spark Plug Issue

Alright, everyone, I am looking for some insight to what may be a problem with my car.
To start with, the car is a Ralliart with a Evo turbo swap and being tuned by Rickerman.
A while back, during a pull, the FRP hose popped off, causing a misfire, which ruined the #2 spark plug. The insulator broke, dropped down to the ground strap, and kept the plug from firing. The ceramic stayed intact and did not damage the engine/cylinder at all. I replaced the plugs, zip-tied the FPR hose on, and everything seemed to be normal for a couple of weeks. I did a few pulls, there was ZERO detonation whatsoever. Then, out of the blue, the misfire came back. I started looking at everything again, everything looked absolutely fine. So, I started troubleshooting cylinders for the misfire, #2 was dead again. I replaced the plugs again, and everything is back to normal once again. During this ordeal, I have run a compression test twice on the engine just to make sure it's not hurt, and all of the cylinders are right at 130psi.
I have found quite a few random threads on sites that seem to have issues with spark plugs either breaking or going dead, but no definitive answers on what the issue could be.
So, I'm reaching out to see if anyone can help me find the source of the problem, or a solid solution.

Maybe a bad batch. Where are you getting your plugs from?

I’ve had excellent luck with the factory NGK 1422’s that come on the earlier years. 7+ years with multiple evos and RA’s and never once had a failure, even under extreme abuse. Change them regularly and buy them from a reputable source to ensure they’re not knockoffs.

I’m glad to hear it didn’t fully break off and take out your cylinder

I got the first set from Rock Auto, the second from OReilly's. The latest third set is from Oreilly's, but I went with Champion Iridium this time.
I think that my issue may be a bad fuel injector harness adapter though. One time, I did get a code about the #2 injector, but it was before this issue. I'm thinking that the connector is coming loose with vibration and then causing the cylinder to go lean. I have replacements ordered, so we'll see what happens.
