Hi guys, looking to buy a 2010 Evo GSR for a daily driver. I've owned a modified WRX in the past and was wondering if reliability was similar. I just did the maintenance when due, and checked oil often, and it never gave me any issues. Are EVOs similar? I drive a lot (at least one 6-hour trip a month), and I was wondering how reliable it would be as a daily. The mod list is attached. Thanks! (it has 70k ish miles, 5 speed manual)

 

aftermarket exhaust mani, injectors, and pump, make me a little nervous when it comes to reliability, but definitely not a deal breaker. I think they just need a bit more attention(inspection). But overall, the longblock being stock is a plus. Those other things could easily be changes if necessary. Also, I've heard the MAP CMC isn't the best but also an easy fix. That unsprung clutch might be annoying for a daily too, especially in traffic.
