I think you are good.
The thing with the 2 ports circled appears to be the stock boost control solenoid and it seems they have replaced it with the Grimspeed part you also have in the picture. The open port on that one is just a bleed port for boost control.
I'm not super familiar with the Evo X so I may be incorrect but that's what it looks like to me. Where is the Grimspeed solenoid wired to?
