Evo x more power

Hi everyone,
first post here, but i have already use this forum many times.
i got an 2015 evo x final edition, got it new +6 years ago and have make almost 200’000km with it.
i have modded a lot of the exterior, and 3 years ago i started with the engine.

Perf Parts i have on now :
AEM intake kit
turbosmart blowoff valve
MAP master cylinder
MAP short shifter
AMS downpipe
ACT 6 pad heavy duty clutch kit
ACT xact prolite flywheel
Invidia q300 cat-back

With that i got a tune, at 380hp and 500nm

what part should i go next? I can’t change the catalyst, it’s illegal here..

i was thinking maybe of an intercooler, injector but i don’t really know. That’s why i’m asking for some information here (:

PS: sorry for my english haha

Does the CAT have to be 100% OEM, or can it be an EPA certified replacement (USA EPA code etched on it)?
The OEM CAT is going to be a choke point, blocking you from higher power.

Otherwise throw an intercooler on there and call it done!

yes, 100% eom, the downpipe is already to much with my exhaust, im already too loud…

Yes the intercooler would be good, but like i was thinking, i will not get more power without a cat right?

Sounds like you are about maxed for oem turbo, that really is your only other option at this point. Unless you can upgrade injectors and use e85, then throw in that intercooler.

While I would normally agree with this plan, the OEM CAT is going to choke that flow. E85 causes MORE exhaust gases (30% more fuel in baby!) and that CAT is just going to stop it from flowing out.

You are totally correct that the OEM turbo is maxed, and when that happens the air coming out of it tends to get spicey.... Hence my suggestion of an intercooler and call it done....
Unless that CAT was somehow HOLLOW !?

Yea that is a very good point. It sucks that the CAT has to be OEM, seems strict, but they probably actually care about air quality lol.

That is why I asked about EPA certified vice OEM. I run a GESI 850hp rated CAT that actually DOES clean. I tried a 100 cell "race cat" and it was garbage. Then I tried a 200 cell one and it was just as bad.
I had to spend some coin, but the GESI ones are the real deal.
Funny thing how I found them. I was getting sick and tired of cutting out a brand-new cat just to weld in another one to test (and expensive!).
So, I found the detailed build sheet for some top end shop that did LAMBO twin turbo conversions that were legal in CA and NY!
In that build sheet I found a line item for EPA certified GESI GSPORT CAT (850hp x2).....
And that is what led me to put that in my car and it has been fantastic ever since.
I addressed this in my build HERE

Here is the company (Canada based):
Global Emissions Systems Inc - GESi - Emissions Control Solutions
