HID retrofit has anyone done ityet?

Our GSR model here in Canada, doesnt come with the HID projectors, SUCKS ...

Now I was fortunate enough to get 2 projector lenses from an AUDI quattro, passenger side headlight housing was broken still manage to salvage the projector lens only, shroud/housing is broken, but I have the full housing of the driver side. I want to see if I can do a retrofit, but not sure if its worth trying..

Maybe you guys can help out.

Now has anyone tried retrofitting on our EVO X?

I looked into retrofitting and it just seemed like more than i wanted to do.
I'm waiting till i can get SSS headlight housings from a vendor. plus the hid's in the reflector housing isn't too bad on this car. so i can wait.

Since I'm from Canada as well, I'd totally be interested in this too.

Yeah, it is. Good luck finding the Evo X headlight assembly w/ projectors go. They are highly sought after. You might have better luck piecing together a retrofitted kit using projectors from an Acura TSX or Infiniti FX. Those projectors can be custom installed in the headlight assembly with some ballasts and bulbs. Then you have the whole DRL issue, though
