I want to stencil my intercooler, what kind of paint would you guys recommend?

Ive chosen High Heat engine paint "Duplicolor" then use clearcoat after all said and done.

Any recommendations?

I wouldn't use the clear coat though. The clear in spray paint isn't really that great. I didn't like it.

I got a glossy black, is that ok or has to be flat black?

 

Its all gonna look the same on a intercooler. Since youre just dusting it on the little vents. If it was a bigger surface panel it'd be different. Thats why there is no reason to clear it also, added that its pointless really. What are you going to stencil on it? I was going to stencil mine soon too.

 

MAybe an Evo logo, just looking for a nice font, but we'll see..
