I had my machinist friend make this up:

It might look better in black but its a test model.
I'm going to try and have a casting made so I can make a bunch of them.

^ Any way you can get a better pic of that? it's pretty dark so it lacks detail imo. From what I can tell it looks cool, but I'd definitely like to see it in all its glory.

The original engine cover matches my car well. I want to get some red ralliart piping in there to make it more colourful hehe

Ya it's easier if you want to be lazy and spend way more money than a spray can would....and why put carbon under there when most of the time my hood is gonna be closed? The cost of carbon takes away from my performance parts fund....
