how to increase boost pressue for actuation of factory wastegate
Adjusting the wastegate opening pressure was first posted by CBRD here:

See page 5 of above thread, or see pdf file link, for table of wastegate opening pressure vs actuator adjustment. Also has pics of the pressure test rig.
No "how to" was posted (that I could find) so I did one on my own.
