$260? This is just an illuminated momentary push button switch right? The kind you can buy at an electronics parts store for like $10?

Maybe there's more to it??

If you still have to insert your key before you push the button, what's the point?

GSR X with SSS or MR X have fast key, so turning the knob to start the car feels totally 1998.

But I ain't spending $250 on a button.

I installed the push-button start on my IX.

It's neat looking, but it's really just dash bling, because you can still start the car by twisting the key --- like normal. I'm sure you can disengage that feature so that you HAVE to use the button, but I was fine with it either way. In hindsight, I'd probably have been better off to use the cash on something else. I guess I was just enamored with the S2000 start button!

I wish it were that easy!

It was kind of an involved install.
