Mits thread shift knobs work on MR
I was digging around in my parts bin and found an ARC Titanium Knob from my previous S13. Which has the mitsu/nissan shifter thread. Fits perfectly, even the pull up to get out of Park.
I guess what ever you decide to get it has to have a cut out on the bottom for the pull up / lock out.
Just twist CCW to remove, and CW to install.
I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet
Maybe I'll do some more worth while write ups tomorrow. When I heat wrap my MXP downpipe and install it, and Megan Racing Track Coilovers.
Just got the mod bug and had to do something NOW.

Your Aux thingy says "VIDEO" and your not from the U.K. only the chavs up there get that, we usa evos get cheapo Aux .
