Aftermarket Seat Install?
for you guys out there that have bride seats or any other aftermarket ones other than the stock recaros how did you guys go along with disabling the SRS airbag light that comes on when you take the stock seats out? anyone find out how? i tried to search first couldnt find anything

what if you try to take the positive battery terminal off before you unplug it. then put it back on once its out.... i dunno just a thought.... might not help..haha

recaro sportster CS comes with an option for airbags in the seat itself. maybe you could get that type and plug the connector in.
i think this problem was solved on vwvortex somehow, i forget how they did it though.

thats how i installed my bride
i dono if that answers ur question, if ur talking about the SRS light that comes on after uv installed ur seat, u need a resistor 2 bypass and trick the system into thinking there is still a airbag in there, but no1 has done that yet or figured out resistance
