Okay just wondering if anyone came up with a way besides taking out the Daytime Running Lights bulb?

and also is there anyway to run the FOGS without using the low beams...just fogs on with no headlights...

only thing i can think of is taking out the bulbs from low beam and seeing if they fit the hih beam slot if it fits so this way the fogs will run but to use your low beam you must put the high beam on ? but u loose the high beam

I've been looking for a long time now about a "how to" for using the fogs without useing headlights.

Don't a lot of other companies do this? I don't knwo the reason why you can only use fogs with headlights.

I think you would have to rewire them onto a toggle switch?

i did this about 8 months ago. i haven't had any issues what so ever with it. i have them on a switch. post 13 has the link to the pdf on the write up.

i have the sss but i believe the wiring is the same based on where i tapped into it. at least according to the service manual. i like the drl so i never messed with that.

I just did mine yesterday.. Now I'm running my fog light with my drl. I have the SSS model. I will post some picture whenever I get a chance.
