very nice write up...i actually did a head unit install recently...which you have to remove the glove box...and yes, it is VERY easy....this is the easiest cabin air filter install i've done on any car...no tools required!

Purolator part #C35530 fits like a glove. About $13 at Advance Auto parts.

So easy & fast to replace I did it in the parking lot in less than 5 min without any tools. I couldn't believe how dirty the old one was after only 1 year.

Nice write up. I thought we needed a screwdriver to release the holding mechanism, so this is easy enough to do in the parking lot of the parts place to check it real-time. I've 38,000, 2 yrs and 2 mths of daily driving, so it's time to check!
