The downpipe, testpipe/HFC, and catback are easy, one person can do them. Simple as loosening bolts, removing from hangars, hanging new exhaust, and tightening bolts. If you have an o2 housing too, or an o2 elim dp, then you're going to want a friend to help or pay a shop to do it.

A dp that utilizes the stock o2 housing is easy, though right? How long would it take to do on jackstands? I've replaced rear subframes, diffs, axles, suspension, etc on my S2000 without problems, but it's cold and I might prefer to pay someone to do this if it's going to take me more than 2 hrs.

What tools are needed, and where do you loosen the bolts from the o2 housing to dp? From under the hood or underneath?

Yeah I saw that one, but my DP doesn't replace the o2 housing, so it should be a much simpler job.

Much simpler, jackstands and a long extension for reaching the O2 springbolts at the downpipe should get you sorted.

Not sure if the greedy downpipe has an O2 housing. It look like there was. Maybe I'll just take it to the shop to get it installed. Having someone put it in might be faster. I did my exhuast for my S2000 back then and it took forever cause I didn't have a lift. lol

while we are on the subject, i am purchasing the following next week...

-MAP O2 elim DP
-ATP 3" test pipe
-AMS 3" catback

already have ETS inake and UICP. Is the down pipe really going to be that much of a pain? i have my buddy helping me out with all of it, so i'm thinking it wont be too crazy.

any further advice?

if you have a lift, it will take a few hours but you will be fine.
