Very nice man!!! what are the main changes in the pipeline?

 

Next is to get jtag up and running - this is going to involve some yak shaving as I have to reverse engineer a renesas jtag unit to get it to work with the processor on the unit ( its one of the ones they don't talk about outside of an nda ).

Once I have that, I'll have a full dev unit, and I can start looking at custom builds of the OS ( though I'll fix up aux-in-motion first off seeing as thats what people seem to be after ).

Once jtag is running, it might be time to start making a list of enhancements people are after.

baller!! have you figured out how powerful the hardware is what can be ran on it?

 

Its fairly powerful, and horrendously underused..
I'd like to investigate AR overlays ( its definately capable of that ) once I have a stable dev system.

The simple stuff will be repackaging an alternate media player, playing&ripping MP3,
new gui, that sort of thing ..

After that, looking at enhancing the hardware might be fun - I've backtraced the USB section, so an extender board might be possible for that..

wow how lame is that!!!!!!!!! what a d-bag......Otaku how long you taking a break for man? hopefully not too long...had a question for you....with the possibility of custom OS and GUI is there a way to hook the navi to the OBD port and get readings/gauges/stats on screen? This would be worth hundreds of dollars to everyone!
